C.C. Woodson Community Center & Playground

The C.C. Woodson Community Center is a 27,000-square-foot facility that offers a variety of services and activities for people of all ages and interests. Reopened in 2010 after a $7 million renovation project, C.C. Woodson’s programs attract people from across the city and beyond.

Cleveland Park

Cleveland Park is owned and operated by the Spartanburg County Parks Department. Cleveland Park is home to the John B. Cleveland Event Center, multiple picnic shelters, a large playground, pond, island gazebo, walking trails, and outdoor fitness equipment. Cleveland Park hosts numerous community programs and events, and it’s facilities are available to rent for private functions.

Play 60/Bike Park

This NFL training themed park is not your typical playground. If your kid likes a good ninja warrior course, you’ll want to check this one out.

Tyger River Park

With 12 fields, a championship stadium and unmatched site amenities, Tyger River Park is South Carolina’s premier baseball and softball tournament facility. The park is owned and operated by the Spartanburg County Parks Department.
